CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness to all clients and the efficient operation of our services, the following cancellation policy applies:
For all appointments (including those within subscriptions):
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee. For non-subscription clients, this will be 50% of the session cost. For clients using a subscription, this will result in the forfeiture of that session from your monthly or quarterly allocation.
- No-Shows: Missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a fee. For non-subscription clients, this will be 100% of the session cost PLUS a £25 administration fee. For clients using a subscription, this will result in the forfeiture of that session from your monthly or quarterly allocation, AND a £25 administration fee will be applied to your account.
Additional Notes:
- Persistent last-minute cancellations or no-shows by clients using subscriptions may result in a review of their subscription and potential limitations or termination.
- We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client on our waiting list.
- Extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you know you will be unable to make your appointment.
